Maison Kitsune has introduced an ambitious project after Yuni Ahn ‘s departure that sees a new guest designer create seasonal collections of labels and add their own touch to the house codes.
The brand chose Marcus Clayton, the design director at Fenty, who previously worked for Louis Vuitton, Jean-Paul Gaultier, Alexander Wang and Riccardo Tisci’s Givenchy, as the first designer to create a collection for the brand, starting with this new approach.
In addition to tracksuits and rugby polo shirts that fit comfortably on the models to make a luxury statement from casual clothes, Clayton ‘s designs involve casual tailoring in a variety of pastel and sand hues.
