Since confirming its collaboration with the International Space Station to test products in space, adidas has evidently expanded its production of NASA-themed sneakers. Ultra4D is the newest to undergo intergalactic treatment.

Here we can see the Ultra4D in the NASA-inspired “Halo Silver” colorway. The shoe, which is primarily clad in silver hues, features a gray 4D midsole, for the first time the tooling has emerged in a colour other than “Aero Green.” NASA elements come into play with the blue Artemis insignia on the tongue and the traditional NASA mark on the bottom.

The Adidas Ultra4D features a breathable Primeknit mesh top made of recycled fabrics, a Three Stripes TPU enclosure, an Ultra4D-branded heel cup, and a 3D-printed 4D midsole made of light, oxygen and resin.

Adidas appears to be concentrating on Ultra4D this fall and winter. The silhouette has recently earned its first partner, Packer, and a second collaborative effort is underway thanks to Social Status.

The “Halo Silver” Ultra4D has already appeared on the adidas website in selected territories, although a broader rollout is planned for early next month.
