Sean Wotherspoon’s fully customized ASICS GEL-Lyte III will soon market internationally following an initial launch in Japan.

The sneaker — which has a mismatched color scheme — features heavy corduroy use, a Wotherspoon fan is no stranger to it, having covered his Nike Air Max 97/1 in 2018 in the fan. This has corduroy both on the split-tongue neck, and on the side doors. You can remove the ASICS branding on the sides using Velcro, adding a layer of versatility to the upcoming project.

Designed in collaboration with atmos and offering a slew of customizable Velcro Tiger stripes and designed patches, the joint GEL-Lyte III arrives at the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the model. Through setting, this particular pair is taking inspiration from the Los Angeles and Tokyo scenes. The sneaker will be available in unisex and children’s styles, in five shades along with corduroy tote bags, satchels and T-shirts.
